The Grove Theater

The Grove Theater in Oak Ridge holds a rich history of memories for many in the East Tennessee area. Constructed during the Manhattan Project & recently rennovated, the theater is home to numerous Arts & Sciences organizations. It is currently owned and operated by High Places Community Church.

Back by Popular Demand! The Irish Pub themed “Quiz Night” is gearing up for a 2017 round of fun. Quiz Night is a traditional Irish pub game brought to the area by friends of Fiddler's Green West, who maintain strong connections to their sister pub in Ireland. Teams of up to six individuals compete by answering trivia questions on a variety of topics in a fun, relaxed setting. Teams may be sponsored by any area business, corporation, or organization. The entry fee is $100 per team / table, which includes traditional Irish fare, team photos for all teams and commemorative prizes (and bragging rights!) for the winning team.

When: Saturday, June 24 - Doors open at 6PM, Quiz starts at 7PM.

Where: The Grove Theater 123 Randolph Rd, Oak Ridge Tennessee 37830

Raffle tickets will be available for sale during the evening so make sure you bring cash aplenty to support two very worthy local community groups. A limited number of spectator seats will be offered. Spectator seats will cost $5 at the door, cash only, on a first come basis. 

All proceeds from the June 2017 quiz will be split between Friends of the Grove Theater and Aid To Distressed Families of Appalachian Counties (ADFAC).
