The Grove Theatre

The Historic Grove Theatre in Oak Ridge holds a rich history of memories for many in the East Tennessee area. Constructed during the Manhattan Project & recently renovated, the theater is home to numerous local arts organizations. It is currently owned and operated by High Places Community Church.

Back by Popular Demand! The Irish Pub themed “Quiz Night” is gearing up for an April 2020 round of fun. Quiz Night is a traditional Irish pub game brought to the area by friends of Fiddler's Green West, who maintain strong connections to their sister pub in Ireland. Teams of up to six individuals compete by answering trivia questions on a variety of topics in a fun, relaxed setting. Teams may be sponsored by any area business, corporation, or organization. The entry fee is $120 per team / table, which includes traditional Irish fare, team photos for all teams and commemorative prizes (and bragging rights!) for the winning team.

When: Saturday, April 25 - Doors open at 6PM, Quiz starts at 7PM

Where: The Grove Theater 123 Randolph Rd, Oak Ridge Tennessee 37830

Raffle tickets will be available for sale during the evening so make sure you bring cash aplenty to support a very worthy local community group. A limited number of spectator seats will be offered. Spectator seats will cost $20 at the door, cash only, on a first come basis. 

Proceeds from the April 2020 quiz will be distributed to Family Promise of Roane County and The Friends of the Grove Theater.
